JACK LUDWIG – A reserved Army doctor (World War II) in his early to mid-thirties.
LOUISE RABINER – An outgoing and stylish aspiring Broadway dancer and singer, mid-twenties to early thirties.
EVERY BRILLIANT THING
NARRATOR – A charismatic solo performer with exceptional storytelling abilities, strong improvisation skills, and a warm, open presence. Experience with solo performance, emotional range, and comfort engaging directly with audience members is essential.

WATSON (cast) – His sidekick
IRENE ADLER / MISS CUSHING – Mystery woman in her 40s
