Managing Director Position - East Lynne Theater Co.
East Lynne Theater Company is announcing an exciting opportunity for the right individual to become a part of the organization. We are currently recruiting for a Managing Director to oversee the administrative and operational needs of the theater company.  This role will work closely with the Artistic Director and Board of Trustees, on the promotion and growth of the organization.

This is a unique opportunity - to be part of a very exciting time as the theater works toward moving to their new location in the next year.  This position is a hybrid job - with the flexibility to mix working remotely with being on-site when needed in Cape May.  The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, be self-directed, motivated and have a willingness to learn.

Please note that this is a part-time flex schedule position - weekly work hours on average of 25 hrs per week.
