East Lynne Theater Company's Non-Discrimination Policy

The policy for hiring staff, actors, interns, and volunteers is as follows: ELTC is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunities designed to promote the elimination of discrimination and to project a positive role model of equal employment and multi-ethnic diversity. Consistent with the foregoing, it is the intent that selection and casting of plays and the hiring of stage managers, staff, interns, and volunteers is conducted in a manner that provides fair employment to ethnic minorities, women, seniors, and performers with disabilities. East Lynne is further committed to the policy that employment shall be without discrimination on the basis of sex, race, color, creed, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or political persuasion or belief.
